graduated with my M.Ed. in Counselor Education specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I apply cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, positive psychology, and psychodynamic approaches in English and Spanish to work with trauma disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, and phase-of-life problems.
