About
I have worked with many people struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulty finding meaning and purpose in life. Perhaps due to current overwhelming situations, past traumas or living far away from home and having difficulty acclimating. I am passionate about helping people gain understanding of their strengths and resiliencies, creating coping skills, goals and confidence needed to move forward.
My educational specialty is trauma. Techniques I use are CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I believe in being interactive, direct, honest and without judgement or criticism. Through therapeutic processing we will explore your strengths, your weakness, where you want to take your story and how to achieve this.
Feeling stuck in life can be exhausting and scary. Asking for help can feel daunting, leaving you unsure as what to say or ask for. No worries, I know how to start the conversation and gain better understanding of what is keeping you stuck, and I have the expertise to help you create your story.
