Through creating a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment, I will help you face the challenges that you are experiencing, identify clear and attainable goals for yourself, and improve your life and relationships with others. I have worked extensively in the field of trauma, complex trauma, and moral injury, and am trained in several evidence-based treatment modalities, which I incorporate in my practice as needed.

After receiving my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Adelphi University, NY, I completed two post-doctoral fellowships, one specializing in military and trauma psychology at Northwell Health, and the other focusing on the treatment on anxiety, panic, and mood disorders. I have received training in PE, CPT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and several other treatment modalities.

I specialize in treating a variety of traumas, including childhood, interpersonal, combat, and complex trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, and adjustment problems.
