Connection and being in relationship are an essential part of the human experience. When our relationships are feeling in conflict, painful, or disconnected, it impacts us deeply. I am passionate about helping clients identify their relationship patterns and learn how to better communicate their needs in order to feel more fulfilled relationally. Using a blend of Gestalt and attachment theories, I specialize in helping clients thrive and create newer, healthier relationship patterns. If you are seeking support around a breakup or help with dating, that is a core speciality of mine.

I believe a blended, holistic approach in working with clients is most effective. I pull from a number of modalities including family systems work, somatic therapies, mindfulness-based practices and attachment-based work. I also have additional training in working with men in therapy and love supporting this population. I am licensed in both CO and CA.
