My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in meeting you where you are. I take an eclectic approach and use a variety of evidence-based modalities depending on what you are needing. I practice with a trauma-informed perspective an utilize my feminist multicultural lens to be able to see the complexities of your experience. I have lots of experience with trauma work and am trained in EMDR and ART. I am also bilingual in Spanish.
