I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the field of psychology. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults, and I am known for my personable and eclectic approach to therapy. I empower clients to embrace their strengths and make healthier choices through a variety of therapeutic methods. I believe every client has the ability to promote their best self and live a more fulfilling life.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I offer a safe space to explore challenges using cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, emotional freedom techniques, tapping, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to support healing and resilience.
