I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. I enjoy helping teens, young adults, and adults address their challenges as transitions happen in their personal lives. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions, helping clients build life skills to manage life effectively. I completed my Master's in Professional Counseling at Webster University.
As a spouse and daughter of veterans, I understand the difficulties of change and transitions. My professional experience with the prison system and the community health population has made me more compassionate. I utilize multiple treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
