I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a background in education, body/mind health, and mental wellness. As a therapist, I work with kids, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors in one-on-one therapy, groups, and workshops. I love being a trusted resource for people as they navigate life’s challenges and questions. With warmth, a sense of humor, and appreciation, I help clients see their unique strengths and develop new pathways. Together we strengthen self-identity, deepen coping skills and awareness, and work to lessen symptoms of isolation, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, and emotional exhaustion.
I use a range of psychotherapy modalities including attachment and trauma informed care, talk therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, family systems, and mind/body connection.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Pacific Oaks College and completed my practicum at Therapeutic Play Foundation where I worked with distressed kids and teens, postpartum Women of Color, domestic violence, and LGBTQ+ youth. My past professional efforts range from facilitating state and federal educational opportunity programs to teaching mindfulness.
