If you're navigating anxiety, grief, a major life transition, or the emotional weight of motherhood or trying to ground yourself, you don't have to carry it alone. I find it an honor to work with clients who are navigating life and all what life has to bring. May it be change in your home, work, or with family. I'm here to listen and process your emotions and thoughts.

In my experiences, I allow clients to direct their journey. I draw on CBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered techniques to help you build healthier ways to manage stress and overwhelming emotions.

In the first session you will paint a picture of what has been going on in your world in the past few weeks to months. We will set goals and vocalize your needs from therapy. There's no agenda other than making sure you feel heard.
