My passion and compassion, along with almost 14 years of experience, help me provide clients with tools, guidance, and support needed to journey towards healing, self-exploration, and resolution. I am known to work on many of the more difficult cases in the Grand Rapids area, and recognized by the school, legal and healthcare communities as being a leading provider of group and counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
I am an expert in the areas of borderline personality, trauma, and self-injury work. I have completed extensive trainings in specialty areas Dialectical Behavioral Therapy training through Behavioral Tech. Beyond doctorate education, I completed Level 3 Gottman marriage/relationship training. Awarded 2017 GR Business Journal Top Women Owned Business.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Groups

Separate DBT Groups are available for Kids, Tweens, Adolescents, Women, and Men. In addition there is a group for family members. Family Matters Tuesdays 7 - 8:30pm. W-DBT Mondays 6 - 7:30pm, Wednesdays 6 - 7:30pm, Thursdays 12:30 - 2pm. M-DBT Thursdays 7 - 8:30pm. A-DBT Saturdays 12 - 1:30pm. T-DBT Saturdays 11 - 12pm. K-DBT Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm.
