I use an integrative approach, which include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused. I am equipped to work with children, teens and adults with trauma, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, behavior problems, ADHD, mood disorders and school problems.
I value the unique personalities that each child brings. I value authenticity and respect with clear communication to create a safe environment for individuals to do the work to move towards the therapeutic goals.
