With 10 years of experience in clinical sexology and coaching, I bring unique perspectives to the therapeutic setting providing a gentle yet direct framework from which to collaborate. As a Latina therapist, I understand the necessity of a trauma-informed multicultural lens and the power it has to ignite great change. I aim to support you in developing healthy boundaries while expanding tolerance for discomfort. Because after all, pain is essential, suffering is a choice.
My work integrates humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, CBT, and mindfulness practices. In session, we will focus on nurturing healthy sexuality, thriving intimate networks, and showing up authentically in the world. My work includes but is not limited to diverse and alternative communities such as BIPOC, ethical non-monogamy, LGBTQ+, sex workers, and kink.
Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of relational and personal experiences—whether facing trauma, overcoming betrayal, addressing attachment wounds, struggling with paraphilias, or discovering your personal needs and desires.
