With 10 years of experience in clinical sexology and coaching, I bring unique perspectives to the therapeutic setting providing a gentle yet direct framework from which to collaborate. As a Latina therapist, I understand the necessity of a trauma-informed multicultural lens and the power it has to ignite great change. My work integrates humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, CBT, and mindfulness practices. In session, we will focus on nurturing healthy sexuality, thriving intimate networks, and showing up authentically in the world. My work includes but is not limited to diverse and alternative communities such as BIPOC, ethical non-monogamy, LGBTQ+, sex workers, and kink.
