I am so proud of you for taking the first step in starting your healing journey. It's not easy but I am so glad that you did! The thought of receiving therapy or being vulnerable can be uncomfortable, however, the process can be life-changing. There are times where we feel unworthy, not good enough and have this idea to strive for "perfection". These thoughts can be overwhelming and can stop you from living your life wholeheartedly. My mission is to support you as you go through this process. I use Person Centered, Yoga Movement and Solution Focused therapies to help meet the need of my clients.
I specialize in providing therapy for women and teens who are struggling with body image issues, eating disorder, life transitions and mood disorders. I also have a variety of experiences working with couples, families, adolescents, young adults, and older adults of diverse populations.
I strive to make mental health services and the ability to heal accessible for all without the fear of feeling judged. My goal is to make every client feel respected, supported, and empowered regardless of background. Come in and let’s meet.
