I've been in the field for 20 years. I have a niche for Leaders(pastors, doctors, attorneys, etc) dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. I understand their multifaceted life can give professional support and direction that will help ease the stress of the lifestyle and get refocused. Marriages is another specialty area as well.

Groups
Mind Health Ambassadors (Adolescents Only)
We are recruiting 9-12 graders for our Mind Health Ambassadors Program. This is a 6 month training program to teach mental health awareness and mindful and yoga techniques so youth can be ambassadors in their own environments. $500 award upon completion of training.
