Hi, my name is Valarese. (It is pronounced Val-uh-reese). Do you have an adolescent struggling with anxiety, mood, attention, stress, and/or a behavioral disorder? I help adolescents identify triggers that cause them distress at school, home, and/or in the community.
Once identified, I work closely with them to develop effective coping skills and utilize them in real life scenarios. My years of of experience working in the school system as a counselor has given me the tools to aid and understand what adolescents are facing daily.
Many adolescents lack the necessary coping and emotional regulation skills that are needed to enhance long-term well-being, improve educational performance, and have positive peer and family relationships. Let’s work together to ensure that your adolescent is set up for success!
