I would love to help you learn and apply proper coping skills and use this time as a tool to develop a better self-connection and achieve satisfaction with life. My ideal client can be of any age. They are falling behind academically or in their career although they are intelligent, they have a big group of friends who adore them, yet they feel alone or depressed. These individuals are looking for lasting happiness in their private lives.
My intervention includes both reinforcing an inward journey to help client recognize their innate need for authentic contentment while addressing their shallow/ temporary approach to satisfy that need in the external world. Therapy will focus on assisting clients to utilize their core intelligence to navigate their desires to achieve an authentic lifestyle.
