This is a virtual group for men wishing to learn how to be more successful in their relationships. If you have received feedback from a friend, partner, parent or sibling that you are not emotionally present, tuned in, empathic enough, or lacking in emotional communication skills, join this group to learn these skills. Perhaps you have experienced escalating conflict in your relationship that leads to lasting wounds? Or you have felt stressed, challenged, and hopeless in asking for your needs to be met. Perhaps you have experienced criticism, disrespect, and contempt that really hurts. This group is for women wanting to learn better strategies for de-escalating conflict, maintaining peace and stability, and avoiding emotional or verbal injury that wears them down.
