If you are experiencing problems in a relationship it can be overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, anger, and self-esteem problems can result from, or increase due to unresolved relationship issues. Asking for help to manage life's stresses is a healthy decision. I am fortunate to have a career helping people make changes in their lives. I have over 25 years experience counseling individuals, groups, couples and families with diverse backgrounds and unique challenges. I work with individuals and couples to identify the change they desire and together we come up with a plan to reach their goals. Change is never easy even when we want it. I will provide a supportive and accepting environment to navigate the process.
Everyone has feelings. It's normal to feel angry sometimes. It can be difficult to identify and communicate feelings in a productive and healthy manner.
