I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master's in clinical social work, based in Richmond Virginia. I work with adult clients of all backgrounds, while specializing in following areas: LGBTQ+, kink/polyamory/ethically non-monogamous relationships, sex workers, and substance use/misuse recovery and harm reduction. I am passionate about helping people feel comfortable and safe in their own skins and gain tools to manage their day to day lives.

I have over eight years of experience working in the mental health field with a variety of diverse populations. I believe in the incorporation of multicultural awareness and cultural humility in all aspects of my clinical work. I apply a CBT theoretical foundation to therapy incorporating strengths-based approaches, positive psychology, and mindfulness practices. I work to provide clients with a safe space in which to explore their current concerns, unpack their personal history, and positively develop their identity.
