I work with a variety of children, adolescents, and families with mental health diagnoses and personal struggles including anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, interpersonal conflict, and behavioral concerns. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is collaboration. With that in mind, I work with my clients and their families to develop an individualized treatment plan based on respect and compassion to help guide them throughout their journey of self-discovery.
I provide a safe environment where clients can let go of their stressors and focus on their experiences, struggles, and needs. This includes a separate and dedicated room for play therapy. I also have extensive experience working with county, school, professional, and community resources to provide comprehensive treatments for my clients.
I have worked with clients running the gamut between simply needing extra support to get through a tough time to being at-risk for hospitalization.
