I offer therapy sessions in person and via telehealth, Mondays thru Thursdays.
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy is a space where you can pause, breathe, and rediscover your sense of self. My role isn’t to provide all the answers, but to walk alongside you as you explore the questions that matter most. I see counseling as a way to tap into the strengths and resources you already carry within you. Together, we’ll look at the patterns shaping your life, identify what no longer serves you, and create new ways of coping that feel aligned and sustainable.

We all have suffering in our lives-- it's part of human experience. Too often, however, there is a layer of unnecessary psychological pain caused by unconscious defenses. We often resist painful feelings and the realities they point to. When this happens chronically we can get stuck in our resistance, becoming emotionally and physically sick. So our suffering increases. I work together with patients to build and/or embrace their capacity to honestly and compassionately face, untangle, and accept truths they can no longer resist.

I work in-person and online.
Accepting new clients in September 2025. Many times we find ourselves disconnected and overwhelmed in a fast paced world. We forget what is most meaningful in our lives. We rush from one task to another and rarely pause long enough to ask if our actions support our deepest desires. You want to slow down. You want to feel more peaceful. You want to breathe. You want to know yourself on a deeper level. You want all of these things and yet you put your head down and keep pushing. Our work is getting clear on your deepest desires, slowing down and listening, and nurturing a healthy and sustainable connection to yourself and others.

Our center is focused on helping children with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities. We offer home based and clinic based sessions. In our clinic-based therapy program, your child will receive one-on-one instruction and learning opportunities in a structured setting to work on specific goals. Providing ABA therapy in the home is not unlike clinic-based interventions, as the goal is to develop treatment/behavior plans with objective and measurable goals. This type of therapy creates a naturalistic setting for teaching children daily living and household skills.

Life's journey is rough. Not every path is smooth or easy and many are difficult and even dangerous. There are times we need someone to walk with us; perhaps help us find a new direction. Having someone that understands because he's been there, makes all the difference in the world. In addition to working with couples and families, he enjoys bringing hope to men. He understands the struggles men face. He shares life and relational skills, including: developing problem solving skills, overcoming depression, reducing anxiety, having victory over addiction, growing through life development stages and recovering from the symptoms of trauma.

When looking for a therapist, ask someone that knows the reputation of the therapists in this area. Ask a friend, a family doctor, a pastor or a professional. They know the best therapist in the area. Don't pick a therapist simply based on what the therapist has written about her/himself or solely on the price. This is your life; it's your marriage or your family. 90% of our clients come from "word of mouth". We maintain a respected reputation due to the staff's professional skills and therapeutic effectiveness & reliability - we've been here since 1986. ---We are proud to be a Veteran Owned counseling practice.---

Hi! Hola! I specialize in child and teen therapy. (5- 18) I am bilingual. All are welcome at Spiral Roots LLC. You know that your teen or child is struggling. You can see it in their behaviors, hear it in their voice, feel it in their attitude. There is anger or pain. You know they need help. The weight of the situation is heavy on you. They will not respond to your advice. You are not sure if they will talk to someone. Maybe in the past they blew off other therapists. Maybe your teen is actively asking for counseling. Wherever you are in this journey, I understand. I can help you and your family.

I welcome all clients, though I especially value working with LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent people, and those seeking support in healing from religious or spiritual trauma—meaning experiences of being hurt or abused in religious or sacred spaces. Healing and growth is different for every individual, and I am honored to be with my clients on that journey whatever that may be.
