I work to help my clients create a stronger connection to their essential self by using an integrative approach to wellness and health. I provide my clients with resources, support, and education. Through my roles as facilitator, guide, and nurturer, I provide a safe, sacred space for clients to explore their vulnerability, potential, and limitations. Grounded in the essential self, clients can observe their present situation with more awareness and can actively access their full potential for shifting any blocks, barriers and distortions that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.
My specialty is parental and couples attachment, creating healthy family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction. I am a certified sexual harm and trauma treatment counselor, focusing on children and adolescents. I have many years of experience working with adoption and foster care support.
