Over the past 10+ years as a therapist, I've been committed to joining clients in their quest to get to the root of their problems. There is not a "one size fits all" to the type of treatment that will work. I've had training in various types of treatment to support those with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma and relationship problems. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Recovery Empowerment, Strength Based and more.
