I desire to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and accepting and develop with my clients a collaborative therapeutic relationship. My primary goal is to come alongside the client and assist in managing issues that can cause one to feel stuck, overwhelmed or paralyzed while helping clients to move toward a more effective and rewarding life . Hi! My name is Jennifer Freeman. I am a licensed professional counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. My interest in mental health started as a young child visiting a family member who was in and out of the hospital. I saw just blank expressions on the faces of the patients and knew that there had to be a better way to support individuals with mental health issues.
