My passion is working with adults who struggle with self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression, as well as those who struggle with substance use disorders. I typically use an integrated approach that includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
