I enjoy working with young adults and adults to address concerns with anxiety, depression, spirituality, self-esteem/body image, relational difficulties, transitions, and more. My desire in counseling is to provide a place where people feel safe, seen, and validated. I love asking questions that help the individual dig deeper to learn about themselves while challenging mindsets that may be hindering growth. Ultimately, I hope to empower my clients to use the skills and knowledge gained in counseling to reach their goals.

My ideal client is one who is ready to discover more about themselves and how they interact with the world. Someone who is open to change, and who is prepared to allow me to take this journey alongside them.

My passion is working with individuals who are ready and willing to make changes in their lives. I am here to provide a safe place to process difficulties and challenges they may be facing and to help build skills to help overcome those things. I have also worked with many clients in processing trauma. My therapeutic approach is person centered and is focused on the individual’s strengths and needs.
