Many people come carrying anxiety, grief, relational pain, spiritual fatigue, emotional exhaustion, or the slow erosion of a marriage. I work especially with veterans, men who have carried pressure silently, couples trying to reconnect, and individuals facing burnout, trauma, faith wounds, identity concerns, or major life transitions. They are looking for honest, grounded support that goes deeper than surface encouragement and helps them move toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

From my perspective, as Virginia Satir stated: "Problems are not the problem, coping is the problem." This means that in order to solve problems we have not solved before, we need to think differently. The solution is in seeing how our personal worldview has helped in some situations and not so much in others. Our stories hold the key there. The problem is also that it is difficult to see how our stories have impacted our life because most are semi-conscious or unconscious. But we have our life experiences to reflect on and find clarity from. My ideal client is someone who wants to get better, thrive and find joy.
