I have been providing individual and family counseling since 2002. I enjoy working with all ages with anxiety and depression. I tailor the services to each individual client to best suit their needs. I have a history of working with families in crisis in their homes on family dynamics. I also have experience working with foster children and foster families, so have knowledge of trauma issues and how to support these children and families.

I have more than 20 years of experience supporting, assisting adults, and seniors working towards enjoying life to the fullest. I specialize in helping clients who are depressed, anxious, experiencing life transitions and loss, including divorce, death, serious illness, or other trauma. I have an eclectic approach depending on the client. This approach includes psychodynamic, client-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, PTSD and chronic stress.
