Hi, I'm Linsey (she/her/they/them). I'm a therapist with a focus on the intersectionality of LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and BIPOC populations. Maybe you're navigating gender identity, processing what neurodivergence means for you, or carrying trauma that still weighs heavy. Perhaps anxiety or depression has become exhausting, or past therapy felt like you had to fit into someone else's mold. You want to be treated as an individual—not reduced to what the paperwork says. I ensure each session is tailored to what you need that day. We may laugh, cry, or a mixture of both, but it's always about your needs and how I can support you.

Right now, you might feel completely stretched thin, stuck in exhausting patterns, and deeply frustrated with yourself. It takes a massive amount of energy to look like you have everything handled when you are secretly burning out from the inside. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and the intense transitions of perinatal and postpartum mental health. I am currently accepting new clients, and have no wait list for EMDR therapy.

Life is hard, it can feel like there are more plates spinning than you can count. The uncertainty of which plate is going to crash first and the feelings that follow that can be overwhelming, sad, frustrating, the list goes on. Feeling like you have control, the ability to slow those plates and see which even belonged to you can be life changing. Some days we will be very serious and other days we will use lots of humor and wit, it is all about where you are that day.

We are not meant to do this thing called life alone. I believe in the need for the culture of therapy to include genuine, empathetic, helpful, and compassionate humans. I have a passion for providing others with support as they navigate through the ups and downs of life.
