As a therapist for over 14 years, I've worked in many diverse settings and I can help you by providing a compassionate, nurturing,and non-judgemental environment to express your deepest thoughts, fears,& feelings and explore ways to resolve the problems you encounter. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and have an eclectic style of therapy.
If you are struggling and too busy to get into an office setting to see a therapist, I can assist you through online telehealth therapy services and phone services. Please note that I do not offer in office visits at this time.

This virtual group will facilitate impactful conversations and community for those interested in self-improvement or need a safe space that they can discuss experiences. This is a support group that will provide a safe, nurturing & nonjudgmental environment to express and lighten your load in hopes to improve mental health and provide support. Cost of group session is $55.00 per session (but if cost is an issue we can try to work with you).
