I have over 30 years of clinical experience with individuals, couples, and group psychotherapy. I now see primarily individuals in my practice. I encourage clients to become more aware and accepting of their feelings and thoughts. This honesty and self-acceptance creates more clarity and more options for making desired changes, improving relationships, and feeling more expansive. I have an interactive style, I sometimes use humor, and clients tell me they feel safe and supported. Therapy is work, but can be very rewarding for both client and clinician.
