I am a mother, a veteran, a christian, a counselor and a survivor. I have a passion for my work and I pride myself in caring about the interest of my clients and their concerns. I know that sometimes life hurdles prevent us from living the life we so richly deserve. From time to time we may face difficulties in our life, our relationships or finding a peace within ourselves. I utilize an individualized, integrative and eclectic approach in therapy to assist individuals in reaching their self-determined goals.

I specialize in assisting individuals with honoring their most authentic selves as well as navigating some of life’s toughest transitions. As individuals, we are constantly going through transitions whether its welcomed or unwelcomed. Transitions can influence emotional distress and have you questioning your values in life. I can help clients with identifying important values, instilling boundaries, and honoring your most authentic self. I enjoy collaborative and client centered sessions where we both are active participants in the client’s overall wellbeing.

Although a generalist, I have extensive experience and training in the treatment of pornography, cybersex and related addictions and helping significant others. I enjoy working with clients who want to better understand themselves. I am a good listener with natural empathy, providing a safe and peaceful environment for your journey of self exploration.
