We are a mental health clinic providing FREE therapy to ANYONE in the community. We are currently accepting new relational (couple/family) cases and have an approximately six week waitlist for individual therapy.
Our therapists are trained to work with couples on communication issues, managing conflict, sexual issues, affairs or betrayal, pre-marital counseling, and parenting issues. We also work with families around communication, conflict, interaction patterns, and adjusting to changing family dynamics (like coparenting after divorce). We work with children and their parents for ages 5 and up.
Our therapists are also trained to help individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, identity development, faith transitions and behavioral problems.
Services are offered in-person at our clinic on Utah Valley University campus.
All therapists in our office are advanced graduate students working under the supervision of licensed clinical faculty supervisors. Because of this, all sessions are video-recorded to be shared in supervision to ensure you receive the highest quality care!
