We are a mental health clinic providing FREE therapy to anyone in the community. Our therapists are trained to help individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, faith transitions and behavioral problems. Our therapists are also trained to work with couples on pre-marital counseling, communication issues, sexual issues, affairs or betrayal, and parenting issues. We also work with families around communication, conflict, interaction patterns, and adjusting to changing family dynamics (like coparenting after divorce). We work with children ages 5 and up. We also regularly offer a variety of group therapy.
We are open Monday 10-8; Tuesday 8-8; Wednesday 8-8; Thursday 8-8 and Friday 8-4. We have immediate availability for couple and family therapy and have a very short waitlist for individual therapy.
Services are offered in-person at our on-site clinic at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. All therapists in our office are advanced graduate students working under the supervision of licensed clinical faculty supervisors. Because of this, all sessions are video-recorded for training purposes.
