The methods I use can help clients with anxiety, depression, stage-of-life adjustments, chronic illness, insomnia, trauma, PTSD and low self esteem. You can expect to learn new ways to move through life, communicate, and cope—so that you may grow and heal.
You are unique; therapy will look a little bit different for each person. I encourage curiosity and mindfulness. Our initial session is to get to know and understand why you're seeking therapy. Then we will build on strengths and tools in order to have a safe, strong foundation for the rest of the work we'll be doing together.
