Group therapy can be an effective way to do therapy because of the power of the group. This online group is for adults who reside in Utah who want to participate in group therapy. Groups are held weekly for 90 minutes and consist of 4-8 members. This type of group is called a process group. It has no time limit and often people find it beneficial to stay in the group for over a year. It is appropriate for people who want to better understand themselves and improve their relationships with others.

The power of group therapy is in the group. This group is for licensed mental health professionals who want to participate in a therapy process group. It is like the adult group but allows privacy from potential clients. We meet weekly, online. The groups are 90 minutes, have 3-8 members, and there is not end date to the group. Often people participate for over a year. If you are a therapist or other mental health worker and want to do group work, consider joining us.
