I’ve spent the last 15 years helping people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and the complicated ways these experiences shape daily life. I understand how deeply religious experiences—positive or painful—impact a person. I’m a direct therapist, but always compassionate; I believe in being honest, supportive, and human. I guide clients toward practical skills that they can begin to use immediately.

You were never meant to carry this alone.
So many people I work with are deeply devoted to their families, their faith, and their communities and yet they’re quietly struggling. The pressure to be present, capable, and joyful in every role can be exhausting. When a new baby arrives, when grief sets in, when the weight of old wounds starts to surface, it can feel like something is wrong with you. It isn’t.
I believe we each hold an innate capacity for healing and wholeness. My work is about helping you find your way back to that to the peace, clarity, and connection that can feel so out of reach in hard seasons of life.

Life can start to feel overwhelming, like you’re stuck in your own head, constantly on edge, unable to get away from intrusive thoughts or pulled back into past experiences you can’t quite shake. Anxiety, ADHD, or trauma make it hard to feel present, connected, or even like yourself. You might be navigating this on your own, or you might be a parent watching your teen struggle with anxiety, identity, or emotional overwhelm and not knowing how to help. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with teens (10+) and adults to create a space that feels steady, supportive and free of judgment particularly for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

You may look fine on the outside, but alcohol has started to cost you more than you want to admit.
Maybe you’ve tried to cut back, promised yourself this time would be different, or felt the shame and frustration of ending up in the same place again. Drinking is affecting your peace of mind, your relationships, and the way you feel about yourself. You don’t just want to stop the cycle—you want to feel in control again.

How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.
What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.
Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.
Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
