My clients have tried talk traditional talk therapy and have felt like they've hit a wall. The same patterns keep showing up in relationships, in work, in how they treat themselves. I work with people who need more than surface-level coping strategies, who want to trust themselves again without second-guessing every decision.

As a therapist, my goal is to help families, couples, and individuals improve their personal relationships. This is achieved through gaining an understanding of others' emotions and why they react the way they do to various situations. Then, being willing to make the changes needed to be able to connect and trust their partner or family member. When the storms arrive, each will then know how to comfort themselves, and others; this happens synergistically. Synergism means that each person complements the other and enhances their performance; together, you are energized through the art of working in harmony. Come give it a try!

Sometimes in life we need to learn how to hold things lightly, even when we are feeling deeply. As a counselor, I use a person-centered approach to explore new perspectives and navigate challenges + the ripples they make in life. My approaches vary from solution-based methods for challenges like life transitions, to somatic therapy for people who are navigating health trauma. Every situation is different, so the goal of my approach is to collaborate with my clients to find out what methods resonate with them and their experience so that they can build resilience and live a life that is in alignment with their authentic self.
