You have done everything right. The career, the credentials, the discipline. And yet something is not working and you cannot quite name it. The exhaustion that does not lift. The chronic pain that has no clear physical cause. The growing sense that the same drive that got you here is making it harder to feel anything good about where you are. I work with high-functioning professionals, physicians, attorneys, founders, and executives who are stuck in this exact pattern. Not because they lack insight. Because the pattern runs deeper than insight alone can reach.

Therapy is a collaborative human endeavor, joining you in your journey towards wholeness, healing, liberation, and transformation. I emphasize collaboration because it illuminates the heart of therapy and life, where relationality is foundational. As a holistic therapist, I understand that well-being hinges on our relationships with ourselves, others, and nature. Symptoms like anxiety, depression, and stress signal ruptured relationships, manifesting in unhealthy patterns of thoughts, behaviors and emotions. Let's embark on self-discovery to uncover and replace these patterns, moving from discord to harmony and fulfillment together

Our hearts long for authentic connection to ourselves and others - and the sense of aliveness that results from being truly ourselves as we relate. Sometimes, however, reactive patterns arise and displace our competent adult functioning with unregulated emotional states such as anxiety, anger, insecurity, or depression. Often there is no context or overt memory associated with such experiences, which are thought to have their roots in insufficient neural organization. Our neural organization, as it turns out, can adapt and change, giving us access to more and more emotional freedom and contentment.

We do this through techniques such as mindfulness, Somatic EMDR, Jungian psychology, trauma-informed care, parts work, and/or attachment-based therapy.
My practice is about relationship, connection, and compassion.
I truly believe that when you understand yourself more deeply, you unlock a greater sense of life and well-being. This 'inner connection' is the blueprint for how you show up in the world; when it is congruent, your outside relationships flourish, too. Whether through individual sessions or relational therapy, we’ll work together to foster a kinder self-connection and equip you with the tools to communicate and thrive with the people who matter most.

If you feel trapped in patterns you can’t seem to change, even after therapy, you’re not alone. You haven’t failed, you may just need a different way forward.
I use a modern, neuroscience-based approach that goes deeper than talk therapy to help you get to the root of what keeps you feeling stuck. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, relationship struggles, or faith crisis.

I appreciate the complexity of people. I believe in trying to understand all aspects in someone's life and recognizing the impact of their experiences, relationships, and understandings into the current way of life. There are reasons for certain beliefs about ourselves and others. I utilize my training and my own self in helping a client come to witness ideas and behaviors within themselves And then, find ways to make changes, find balance, and maybe even happiness.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in Jungian Psychology, Somatic Trauma Integration, Sand Tray Therapy, Nueroaffirming care and Dream Analysis.
The pressure to have life figured out by a certain age is real, and so is the anxiety, self-doubt, and nagging feelings that something is missing, even when things look fine on the surface.
Your 20s and 30s are often when the deeper questions start to surface. Who am I, beneath the roles I've been handed? What do I actually want, separate from what I was told to want? These aren't signs of falling behind, they're signs that something in you is pushing toward a more authentic way of living.
I work with people in this stage of life who feel the tension between who they've been and who they're becoming.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.
How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.
Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.
Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
