Sometimes life presents us with overwhelming, painful challenges. If you are experiencing unwanted symptoms such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or are coping with painful loss through death, divorce, illness/injury or life transitions; I will help you move through these difficult, painful challenges. If you want to improve upon an already successful life, we will work to improve it. I provide a warm and safe, non-judgmental environment. Through the process you will develop inner strength and resiliency; you will learn to take a pro-active stance in choosing and creating the life you desire.
