As a clinician, I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/self-compassion, relationship problems, and histories of trauma. I am also passionate about working with women including those who have experienced grief/loss with fertility issues, miscarriage, pregnant, or postpartum. I know, at times, you may feel so overwhelmed just trying to keep your head above water, or you may just want to explore ways to help you connect with your authentic self. No matter where you may be on your journey there is so much that we can do together to get you where you want to be.
I work with adults who come from a wide spectrum of cultural and spiritual backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I work with other women trying to navigate motherhood, which can be so challenging and rewarding at the same time.
