My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that while life can present overwhelming challenges, no one has to navigate them alone.
I eventually moved to Los Angeles to pursue my passion for mental health, earning both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California.

I believe the greatest joy, peace, and happiness we experience in life comes from a deep connection with ourselves and with those we love.
Many life experiences have tutored my passion for healing. Educating myself in the science, systems, and models of therapy has created a desire to offer hope and strength to anyone struggling with the challenges of life. I have experience in LGBTQ, military families, mental health, terminal illness, cancer, medical marriages, and faith journeys.

I fell in love with couples work early in my career and hold deep compassion for those carrying trauma. Because trauma and relationship patterns often intertwine, I help partners cultivate safer, more attuned communication and connection while also healing individually. My work integrates trauma-informed care, emotion regulation, and nervous system awareness with deep, attachment-rooted exploration. I support clients in untangling long-standing cycles and creating the connection, trust, and lasting change they long for. I provide depth work for those looking to shift their relationships long term and aren’t looking for a quick fix.

I have a waiting list, reach out to be put on my list. I'd love to work together! Therapeutic fit, or how well we “click,” is one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy. In therapy you’ve got to feel able to take risks and be vulnerable. I’m a Certificated Daring Way Facilitator, a therapeutic approach based on Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability & shame (root of perfectionism & feeling self hate). I AM level 1 IFS trained, plus trained in DBT (emotion regulation skill development), EMDR (trauma approach) and shame resiliency. I have over 15 years of experience. Let's get you taking steps toward your highest self!

I believe the therapeutic process should focus on identifying the main root causes that are creating the patterns of challenges that we experience both personally and interpersonally. Once causality is identified, the process then begins working to develop the appropriate therapeutic tools necessary to create change and improve our lives and relationships

EMDR is a systematic process of healing that emotional stability by helping to free the mind from past thoughts, memories and behaviors that are present in daily life.
Deconstructing religous beliefs. Trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, addiction are symptoms of an underlining problem. Traumatic experiences happen throughout our lifetime. At those moments. Eventually, the impact of those experiences resurface and what is left are uncomfortable symptoms. Until the trauma is resolved, the symptoms will likely continue.

What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
