Do you wake up every morning and think "I can’t get out of bed”? It seems like too much right now! You peel yourself out of bed anyway, because you know you have to get going. You have to do all the “things” to make the world function for the humans in your life, but some days it feels like too much. You think this shouldn’t be this hard. I should know what to do and yet you still don’t make any change. You turn on the podcasts and the audiobooks, but no matter how many you listen to you just cannot get yourself to make lasting change. If you could just talk this out maybe you would not feel so stuck and so alone.

We all have moments in our lives when we feel stuck, disconnected, or out of balance. During this time of global uncertainty, reaching out for support is more important than ever. I strive to create an environment where individuals, couples and families feel supported and heard. My passion is working with those who are looking to explore the challenging interaction cycles that get in the way of feeling safe and connected. In our work together, I will encourage you to embrace both accountability and vulnerability. Rather than diving straight into the heart of your challenges, I will equip you with tools and walk alongside you.

You were never meant to carry this alone. So many people I work with are deeply devoted to their families, their faith, and their communities and yet they’re quietly struggling. The pressure to be present, capable, and joyful in every role can be exhausting. When a new baby arrives, when grief sets in, when the weight of old wounds starts to surface, it can feel like something is wrong with you. It isn’t. I believe we each hold an innate capacity for healing and wholeness. My work is about helping you find your way back to that to the peace, clarity, and connection that can feel so out of reach in hard seasons of life.

Limited daytime openings! I help clients identify and understand the barriers preventing them from achieving peace and happiness. I believe that knowledge is power and as people gain insight into the problems affecting them, they discover pathways toward meaningful change. My approach is holistic, knowing that healing happens when we address the whole person in mind, body, and spirit. We'll explore your strengths and challenges, identifying what's working and addressing what isn't. My work is collaborative and empowering, focused on providing you with skills that will serve you long after our work together ends.
