Many of us long for deeper connections, for more authentic living, or to break old patterns that no longer serve. We try and try, but something continues to get in the way. It could be unhelpful thoughts, intense emotions, anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, lack of skills, etc. My goal is to start where my clients are at and to listen deeply in order to accurately assess how we can best work together. I offer a compassionate, objective perspective to help you see more than the things that have you stuck.
