I work with adolescents and young adults who are figuring out who they are and who they want to become. You may feel pressure from school, family, relationships, or your own expectations while quietly questioning your identity, values, or direction. Anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship stress may be weighing on you. I also support couples who feel stuck in patterns of conflict or disconnection and want to communicate better. At the core, you want clarity, confidence, and relationships that feel secure and authentic.

I help couples reconnect, communicate, and rebuild trust using attachment-based therapy, EFT, Gottman strategies, and IFS—creating a safe space to strengthen your bond and grow a more fulfilling relationship.
If you and your partner feel stuck in painful cycles, caught in frequent conflict, or trying to rebuild trust after infidelity, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with couples who want to understand what’s really driving their disconnection and find a healthier way forward—together. This includes couples navigating the unique challenges ADHD can bring into a relationship, such as miscommunication, emotional overwhelm, or feeling misunderstood.

EMDR Trained. I specialize in Trauma, Addiction, and Relationship Issues. I am also working toward specializing in the treatment of OCD. Each of these issues creates profound difficulties in our ability to engage meaningfully in the present. My work in each of these areas focuses on the origin of these struggles. Trauma creates deep emotional wounds that affect the way we view ourselves, others, and the world. Learning how to relate differently to yourself in the scope of traumatic memories will help you to improve your ability to connect with others, yourself, and your environment.

With individuals, I use Internal Family Systems and Narrative Therapy.
I hope to introduce myself to you here in a way that seems genuine rather than polished. I enjoy helping people navigate the complexities of relationships as well as the loss of relationships. I’m drawn to sitting with people in these very human, often uncomfortable moments. As a therapist, my goal is to offer you a non-judgmental space to process, feel seen, and create change. In my process as a therapist, change means both compassion and accountability. I value presenting therapy in an approachable, human-focused way. If you’re looking for a therapist who seems human rather than clinical, I may be a good fit.

I often start with Internal Family Systems ( IFS), then use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to engage with different parts of you.
Accepting New Clients! I love empowering individuals to take control of their lives through therapy. I focus on anxiety, depression, religious/life transitions, sexuality, and challenges related to suicidality/self-harm. I work with adults and teenagers, recognizing the profound impact of family dynamics on individual happiness. To address these dynamics, I work with individuals and families, helping them identify and address system malfunctions. Furthermore, I am deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQ community on their journey toward self-actualization, drawing upon extensive experience and passion for this work.

You might be feeling disconnected from someone you love—or from yourself. Maybe you're stuck in patterns that leave you exhausted, anxious, or uncertain about the future. My clients often carry quiet emotional burdens and are longing for clarity, connection, or simply a place to feel seen. They don’t just want tools; they want relief, understanding, and hope that things can feel different. Therapy becomes a space where they can finally exhale and begin to make sense of it all.

I use a variety of therapies including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS.
I believe that we all have a deep well of wisdom within us, and my role as a therapist is to be a guide to help you tap into yours. I choose to focus on your strengths, to help you see them, and to use a collaborative approach as we work together on a journey of growth and healing. I specialize in maternal mental health, infertility, bereavement, trauma, and relationship struggles. In my prior work as a doula, I found great passion in supporting families and now continue doing so by focusing on mental health during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

Eating disorders thrive in silence, but healing happens in connection. If your relationship with food feels exhausting, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I help individuals break free from patterns of shame, anxiety, and self-criticism so they can reclaim confidence, peace, and a nourishing connection with their bodies.

Despite being smart, capable, and appearing like you have it all together, on the inside you feel broken, discouraged, and anxious. You find yourself in patterns of over-eating, binging, restricting or purging and aren’t sure why. Being in your body feels intolerable. You are desperate to feel better and feel frustrated for not being able to figure out why you are stuck. You have tried so many things that “should” have helped you feel better, but can’t get out of this cycle and feel like a failure. Maybe there are painful things that have happened in your past that are keeping you stuck and you feel like you can't get over.

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed in their bodies — especially those navigating chronic illness, burnout, or trauma. Many of my clients feel exhausted in ways that rest alone doesn’t fix, or like their body isn’t responding the way it used to. If you’ve been trying to push through, keep up, or make sense of what’s happening internally, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand your patterns, and begin responding to your body with more clarity and care.

Sometimes, in life, we get stuck and need another person to help us. We have remarkable intuition and resilience within each of us that can help us to face challenges and to grow. I believe that therapy helps us to tap into our innate, and creative ability to adjust to the world around us. Lasting change and healing is possible. I love meeting new people with a wide range of presenting concerns.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapists
What is Internal Family Systems therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on sub-personalities, or “families,” within a person, which may be made up of wounded parts and unpleasant emotions like anger and shame. These sub-personalities can come into conflict with each other and with an individual’s core Self, leaving the person feeling detached from positive traits such as the “8 C’s” of confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. By healing a patient’s wounded parts, a therapist aims to restore balance and bring on positive change.

How does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
An IFS therapist will work with a patient to identify their particular sub-personalities, recognize the emotions powering them, and release them. By doing so, the patient should become more able to address any underlying problems their sub-personalities may have been trying to protect them from. Ultimately, a patient discovers ways to manage internal and external conflicts on their own, through techniques such as relaxation exercises, journaling, and making charts depicting the relationships between their core Self and their distinct parts.

Does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
IFS therapy has been shown to help people address conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, fears and phobias, trauma, and substance use disorders. Some research has also found that it can help individuals deal with symptoms of physical health conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, such as pain, everyday functioning, depressive feelings, and low self-compassion. There are some conditions for which IFS treatment, specifically discussions of one’s “parts,” may be less appropriate, such as schizophrenia or other states that involve psychosis or paranoia.

How long does Internal Family Systems therapy take?
As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for IFS therapy. After becoming comfortable with a therapist and the core concepts of IFS, some patients quickly make progress. While experiences vary, most will find that it is a relatively longer-term therapy, involving months and sometimes years of sessions.
