Are you tired of feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed by the weight of past experiences?
Do fears, mental health challenges, or a history of trauma hold you back from living the life you desire? Trauma touches all of us in different ways, often leaving us feeling invisible, unheard, or fragmented.
I know this journey all too well. As a child, my family fled our home as refugees, navigating life in unfamiliar places. These experiences shaped my understanding of pain, resilience, and the deep need to feel seen and heard.
Choosing the right therapist is a significant step in your healing process.

I've spent most of the last decade working with children of all ages and their parents tackling concerns and frustrations related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, ADHD, depression and anxiety symptoms. I enjoy helping families better understand each other through increased communication, clear agreements, and understanding each other's love languages and learning styles.

We all want deeply connected, fulfilling relationships. But so much gets in the way. You’re overwhelmed at work, so you don’t have the time to cultivate bonds with your boss and coworkers. You’re exhausted when you get home, so your partner never gets your best. And if you’re suffering from unprocessed pain and emotional wounds from your past, you have trouble connecting or being intimate with anyone. When you struggle with relationships, you’re going to struggle in life. You need the support, loyalty, and affection of others, and when you don’t get these needs met, mental and physical turmoil is inevitable.

When we experience such times, we long for a deeper connection with our loved ones but are unable to find it. Integrative Psychotherapy - Navigating challenges and transitions can take an integrative approach. I am a person-centered, integrative psychotherapist focused on the connection between body, mind, and spirit; which I believe are interconnected by epigenetic factors. I do not pathologize, instead I look at the environmental, biological, psychological, and social factors driving behavior or dis-ease. I focus on the integrative complexity of the gut/brain axis, inflammation, and how mental health is linked to metabolic health. I work with clients to heal these contextual factors for optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Are you struggling with addiction, ADHD or trauma-related wounds? Do you struggle with feeling alienated by mainstream culture? I have over 6 years experience treating adolescent and adult clients. My approach is unique due to a background in neuroscience, clinical psychology and social work, so I approach therapy by looking at the brain and social environment influences on behavior. I operate from a Psychodynamic framework, meaning that we will explore how unconscious mind and early life experiences influence how you show up today. I am an avid outdoorsman and believe strongly in the transformative power of spending time in nature.
