I work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples experiencing relational conflict, life transitions, coparenting, divorce/separation, faith crisis/transitions, and navigating the impact and symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and personality disorders.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where my role is to create space for you to show up as your fully human self, exactly as you are. Being seen, heard, and witnessed non-judgmentally by another person is one of the most powerfully healing experiences we can have.

I have extensive experience helping adults, teens, and families in crisis, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma.
What is the sense of belonging that many people claim to have, and others have no idea how to acquire? Have ever felt the need to be part of some group or be someone else? I first developed an interest in becoming a therapist when I worked in a drug abuse residential as an aid assistant. As part of my responsibility, I engaged the residents in conversation in the hope of encouraging them to become more involved in their treatment and develop a sense of self. With this experience, I realized that I was able to be empathetic and felt good about minimal accomplishments experienced by residents.

I have 20 years of experience as a therapist working almost exclusively with young adults, teenagers, and parents needing support.
Let’s face it. Our children are facing an ever-growing, chaotic world and are often ill equipped to deal with the challenges they are facing. As a parent are you feeling lost and unsure as to how to help? Does your teenager or young adult cringe when you as a parent mention seeing a therapist? Young people could care less about theory, modality, and technique. They need connection, empathy and trust in a “professional” if progress is to be made. Resistance to help? Great. This is my jam, it’s my passion.
