I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating behavioral challenges, school stress, addiction, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem struggles, and difficult life transitions. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. Others may be healing from abuse, managing relapse, or learning to better regulate emotions. Together, we build practical coping skills, emotional resilience, confidence, and healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.

You were never meant to carry this alone.
So many people I work with are deeply devoted to their families, their faith, and their communities and yet they’re quietly struggling. The pressure to be present, capable, and joyful in every role can be exhausting. When a new baby arrives, when grief sets in, when the weight of old wounds starts to surface, it can feel like something is wrong with you. It isn’t.
I believe we each hold an innate capacity for healing and wholeness. My work is about helping you find your way back to that to the peace, clarity, and connection that can feel so out of reach in hard seasons of life.

Change is a journey that requires both a plan and a partner. As a Certified Social Worker, I view my role as a clinical guide, helping you move from feeling stuck to taking purposeful, values-driven steps forward. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These approaches allow us to clarify what truly matters to you and build the internal motivation necessary to create lasting change. Rather than just talking about problems, we focus on building a resilient toolkit to help you navigate life’s challenges with increased confidence.

Hi, I’m Kassie. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image struggles, perfectionism, burnout, faith transitions, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning people who appear “fine” on the outside while privately struggling with overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, self-criticism, or the pressure to hold everything together. I believe therapy should feel honest, grounded, and deeply human — a space where you can better understand yourself, heal old patterns, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

I have seen and worked with clients who have ADHD, OCD, BPD, Trauma, motivational issues, depression, anxiety, communication issues, emotional dysregulation. All clients that I see usually just need someone to talk to, to validate their feelings, challenge them, and know that they are going to get better. I can help by collaborating with you by making goals, talking about what your core values are, and going slowly through your traumatic experiences, no matter how small.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure why they’re struggling. I work with people who want to understand themselves better and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Together, we slow things down, reflect on patterns, and explore what your mind and body are responding to.
This work can be challenging at times, and it’s common for strong emotions or uncertainty to arise. I approach therapy with care and respect, helping you understand your reactions and develop new ways of responding. You don’t have to go through this alone.
