Experienced & seasoned therapist of over 14 years and have specialized training in trauma intervention. I specialize in working with women and teen girls (16 years and older) on interventions that promote healing, emotional wellness/balance & assist clients in working towards their best selves. The therapeutic goal is to work towards hope, joy, peace, empowerment, and resiliency. I also offer intensive EMDR sessions up to 3 hour increments.
