Liz has a diverse background as a therapeutic recreation specialist, advocate for people with disabilities, foster and adoptive parent, and now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Throughout her career, Liz has worked and lived with individuals and family systems inclusive of all abilities and ages. As an LCSW, Liz specializes in working with those who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, negative self-talk, and other intrusive, repetitive thoughts. Liz's individual sessions and group classes allow you to find stability during the highs and lows of daily life, with your family of choice and your community.
