Many of the individuals and couples I work with have spent years trying to understand themselves. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled, and maybe even been to therapy before. They know why they overthink. They know where their self-doubt comes from. Yet they still find themselves replaying conversations, questioning their decisions, or getting pulled into the same relationship patterns. They're tired of simply understanding themselves—they want things to actually feel different. That's where our work begins.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. Many of the individuals I work with—adults, young adults, teens, and children—come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to put words to what they’re experiencing, even after trying to manage it on their own. That’s okay. My role is to help you feel understood and supported as we make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, life transitions, and emotional regulation or confidence challenges in a way that is warm, relational, and individualized.

As an outdoor athlete, I have learned that building strength requires acknowledging and confronting weaknesses. Mental, emotional, and spiritual pain is no different. The way out is through, and we become stronger in the process.
I came to therapy because nothing else worked. Physical and emotional pain are connected. Maybe you have tried therapy before and been frustrated. Maybe you are discouraged you cannot shake that thing you’ve carried for years. I've been there. I understand trying to solve things yourself and failing. Asking for help is not weak, but extremely brave. I want to help you access your innate ability to heal.

I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals who appear successful on the outside but privately carry the weight of unresolved trauma, chronic stress, burnout, or moral injury. If you've spent years taking care of others, pushing through, or holding everything together, it may be time to invest in your own healing. Together, we'll identify and release the patterns keeping you stuck, process past experiences, and reconnect with your inner resilience and clarity. My goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change so you can lead, live, and thrive with greater authenticity, purpose, fulfillment, and well-being.

From the outside, things might look okay, but inside, you may be carrying more than anyone realizes. Maybe you’re moving through change, feeling disconnected, or simply tired from trying to hold it all together. You don’t have to do it alone.
This is a space to exhale, a place where you can slow down, be seen, and begin to reconnect with yourself and others. Your story matters here, and healing is possible. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, compassion, and growth.
If you’re ready to feel more at home within yourself, I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.

I help clients go from overwhelmed, self-critical, and stuck to feeling grounded, connected, and compassionate toward themselves.
After trauma, it's easy to feel disconnected from yourself. Overthinking, questioning everything, and shame is exhausting. My work focuses on helping college students and young adults who've experience sexual violence, relationship trauma, and intimate partner violence reconnect with themselves beyond the shame, doubt and overwhelm.

Integrative Psychotherapist • CFA • Nutritional Psychology, Neurofeedback & EMDR.
You came here because something isn't working — and your coping skills stalled. Burnout and brain fog that sleep won't touch or an unexpected midlife shift. Anxiety, insomnia, weight, stress, or trauma are undercurrents to a life that looks perfect, but unsustainable and crumbling.
My approach integrates clinical psychotherapy, EMDR, neurofeedback, somatic experience, and nutritional psychology to address what talk alone can't reach: the nervous system, the gut-brain axis, the metabolic and hormonal terrain underneath your symptoms.

The body and mind require consistent and adequate rest to heal and repair. Without carving out adequate space to pause, to breathe, to slow down, to rest, our bodies wisdom, brilliance and capacity to heal can become blocked. I love working with clients wanting to nurture their nervous system. Building a creative and deep awareness of living and fully making contact with the drive to develop rituals and practices to help balance and stabilize the parasympathetic nervous system, ultimately leading to a heightened aliveness and a harmonic life, over time helping to reignite meaning and purpose and to live aligned to inner values.

Living with anxiety, depression, OCD, or a harsh inner critic can be exhausting. Additionally, so can feeling unseen in your relationships or isolated from the world around you. I work with adults ready to break those patterns by utilizing evidence-based and personalized approaches that meet you where you are.
Healing rarely comes from pushing harder, it comes from learning to meet yourself differently. My approach is rooted in compassion and led by trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities that are attentive to the way the mind and body carry what we've been through. Whatever you bring into the room, we'll face it together.

Functional Therapy is a wrap-around, holistic method including analysis of one's sleep, exercise, dietary, recreating and stress-juggling patterns. A tuned-up body/brain can significantly facilitate cognitive/emotive progress. A kaizen approach to change allows real-world, practical strategies for growth in a short time-frame. Some issues may take longer, yet with a brief, solution-focused approach many clients reach their goals within a few meetings. My approach is down-to-earth, unorthodox, humorous when needed and with gentle, yet straight-forward feedback building on strengths and resiliency you already possess.

Sometimes we build executive function skills to bolster our flourishing in life. Sometimes we learn how to give time and space to thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions to improve our personal self-mastery. Sometimes we shift the memories of the past to support ourselves as we craft the future we've always wanted. Come with possible goals and we'll chart a plan together. Let's see how the pieces all fit together.

Sports Performance Therapists
How does sports psychology work?
Sports psychology helps athletes identify and overcome challenges, such as perfectionism or a fear of failure, and improve key mental skills, such as confidence or concentration. By applying principles and techniques from psychology, such as goal-setting, visualization, positive self-talk, and emotion regulation, sports psychologists help athletes improve their performance on the field and their well-being overall.
How long does treatment for a sports-related problem take?
The duration of sports psychology treatment depends on the athlete’s individual challenges, goals, the complexity of the interventions used, and even on the length of the season. A performance anxiety issue may be treated with a short-term treatment, like Cognitive behavioural therapy, while issues such as depression, substance abuse, or severe anxiety may require longer-term treatments.
How effective is treatment for sports performance problems?
Sports psychology has been shown to improve performance and help athletes manage their emotions. Sports psychology can be effective in boosting performance, team dynamics, and injury rehabilitation. Over the past decade, nearly every professional sports team in every major sport has added a sports psychologist to its staff. Many colleges have done the same, and even some high school programs have done the same. Olympic hopefuls may consult with sports psychologists starting in elementary school.
What are the limitations of sports psychology?
Sports psychology may have several limitations. Every athlete is unique and may respond differently to sports psychology treatments. Therapy can help an athlete reach their potential; it can help athletes cope with injury and pain, but it cannot change the physical limitations that may be affecting an athlete’s performance.
